Requirements

- Install and maintain various Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), machine tools, and associated equipment at client facilities.
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, certifications, and recalibrations of machinery to guarantee peak performance.
- Promptly address service requests, troubleshoot problems, and efficiently resolve technical challenges.
- Offer technical assistance and advice to fellow service representatives and clients.
- Accurately and promptly complete service and expense documentation, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
