- Install and maintain various Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), tools, and accessories at client sites.
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, certifications, and recalibration of equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Quickly respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and efficiently resolve technical challenges.
- Offer technical support and advice to fellow service representatives and clients.
- Accurately complete service and expense reports in a timely manner while upholding high customer satisfaction standards.
