Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
- Over 10 years of experience in the industrial sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Excellent technical, analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
- Open to domestic and international travel
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize department activities, establishing priorities and allocating engineering resources to various projects
- Supervise the development of control systems, PLC software, power distribution, and electrical subsystems for melting furnace systems
- Ensure compliance of all electrical designs with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and relevant regulatory standards
- Mentor, manage, and facilitate the professional advancement of the electrical engineering team
- Travel to client locations as necessary, both domestically and internationally
