Document control specialist

- Maintain and enhance the document control process to align with company and regulatory standards - Accurately and efficiently update and revise documents - Manage the routing of documents for review and approval through designated workflows - Ensure timely document efficacy and implement proper version control - Distribute controlled documents and handle notifications to relevant stakeholders - Keep the training matrix current to guarantee accuracy and compliance - Assign and direct training to the appropriate personnel - Monitor and ensure the completion of mandatory training activities - Organize and maintain training records in line with quality system requirements
