Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge of chassis components pertaining to vehicle specifications.
- Expertise in conducting 1D/3D stack-up analyses to assess design viability.
- Capability to organize and convey intricate technical details in a comprehensible manner.
- Background in troubleshooting builds and validating technical drawings.
- 6-8 years of experience in dimensional management along with a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Establish and define datum schemes, tolerances, and specifications for chassis components.
- Lead the Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) for feasibility evaluations.
- Supervise the drawing-check process for specific vehicle components.
- Develop and implement measurement strategies.
- Authorize fixtures based on project specifications.
