Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in C++ (C++11, C++14, C++17), with capabilities in memory management, threading, and debugging techniques.
- Experienced in code development using Bazel, Python, ReactJS, and TypeScript, along with backend infrastructure setup, including databases and web servers.
- Skilled in scripting to automate tasks, establish traceability, and generate metrics efficiently.
- Research-driven mindset with a philosophy that embraces fast failure, experimentation, and innovation.
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise-scale deployment practices and the associated challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain tools that assist cross-functional teams in software development aligned with High Assurance Processes.
- Collaborate closely with various Continuous Integration (CI) tools and infrastructure to achieve business objectives set by the software systems engineering team.
- Partner with team leads to comprehend tool requirements, establish delivery milestones, and automate necessary tooling along with relevant business metrics reporting.
- Engage in code reviews and incident postmortems, ensuring long-term system stability and reliability.
- Support enterprise-level deployment practices and effectively resolve related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
