Design Liaison Engineer

- Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) and cross-functional teams to implement ongoing improvements and address hardware non-conformances while upholding high-quality standards for customers - Support design for manufacturability, lean processes, and concurrent engineering efforts to enhance production efficiency - Assist in hardware qualifications for new processes, modifications, and equipment, utilizing knowledge of HGP design and manufacturing to boost part functionality, lower costs, and add value - Participate in Supply Chain Kaizens and Lean Action Workouts to promote a culture of continuous improvement - Actively engage in quality initiatives focused on defect reduction and process advancements, adhering to qualification guidelines, specifications, and addressing key manufacturing challenges
