Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with repair or overhaul activities in a workshop setting.
- Expertise in CAD software, particularly CATIA V5/V6 or equivalent PLM tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, with an emphasis on routing and tasklist modules.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially concerning Torque Values and Joint IDs.
- Proficient in analyzing change orders and implementing necessary updates in various system tasklists.
Responsibilities
- Convert intricate engineering specifications and 3D CAD data into accurate repair guidance within the ERP system.
- Create and sustain detailed repair Tasklists in the ERP, linking Part Numbers, Joint IDs, and key assembly metrics.
- Utilize CATIA to explore complex assemblies, identify parts, and confirm spatial requirements for repairs.
- Serve as the Data Agent for Engineering Change Orders, evaluating design modifications and revising ERP data as needed.
- Simplify engineering terminology into coherent and logical repair procedures, ensuring precision for shop floor operations.
