Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of applicable experience in control systems engineering
- Expertise in programming PLCs, particularly Allen-Bradley, as well as HMIs and DCS systems like DeltaV
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and OPC
- Familiarity with control panel wiring, P&ID drawings, and field wiring schematics
Responsibilities
- Create DCS/PLC/HMI programming for control systems within industrial settings
- Engage in the formulation of logic diagrams, cause & effect matrices, and functional descriptions
- Evaluate and assist with the design of control panels, wiring diagrams, and related electrical/instrumentation packages
- Perform factory acceptance testing and aid in on-site start-up and commissioning processes
- Offer training and after-hours assistance to both clients and internal teams as required
