Requirements
Must:
- An engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, electronic, or power engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in application, design, or field commissioning services within industrial control systems.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems, including control hardware, DCS, generator excitation, HMI, and cyber products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
- Availability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings and opportunity development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of technical and commercial proposals for control system solutions, ensuring they meet customer specifications and project requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, channel partners, and internal teams, providing application engineering support and expertise.
- Collaborate with supply chain and third-party providers to gather quotations and develop customized control system solutions.
- Oversee the entire inquiry-to-order process, which includes risk assessment, cost estimation, and proposal presentation for approval.
- Engage in customer meetings, negotiations, and presentations to build strong relationships and secure project victories.
