Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of CNC machine tools.
- Familiarity with DMG or MORI SEIKI machines, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Siemens controls is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities with an emphasis on customer service.
- Capability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver maintenance, repair, and installation assistance for DMG MORI CNC machine tools, either on-site or via phone support.
- Produce and revise technical documentation, including reports and service records.
- Aid in the development, preparation, and analysis of service reports and technical data.
- Work in conjunction with Customers Service Engineers, providing training and support for new product lines.
- Establish and sustain effective communication and customer service relationships, adeptly managing challenging situations.
