Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ
- Proficient in business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation (BRDs, user stories)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Capability to work during overlapping hours with US Mountain Time
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs, serving as a link between stakeholders and technical teams
- Execute detailed analysis of business workflows and convert them into functional specifications
- Assist in backlog grooming, user story refinement, and defining acceptance criteria
- Provide operational support for Oracle CPQ including requirement clarification and intake calls
- Validate enhancements, test releases, and contribute to initiatives such as CPQ improvements and proposal generation tools
