Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma or GED with over 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years, or a Bachelors degree without required professional experience.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems which include DCS, PLCs, SCADAs, Historians, and SQL Server.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting issues to identify root causes and implementing corrective measures.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and instructional abilities.
- Understanding of workplace safety protocols, particularly regarding potentially hazardous equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining manufacturing process control systems to achieve high success rates and minimize operational interruptions.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and dependability.
- Examine operational process challenges and propose effective corrective and preventative solutions.
- Adjust control logic and implement electrical and control systems to enhance performance and address issues.
- Work alongside production staff to coordinate tasks and diminish equipment downtime.
