- Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer service mindset
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and reliability of robotic assembly systems at a key customer location
- Serve as the main technical liaison among the customer, manufacturing partners, field teams, and remote specialists
- Utilize diagnostic tools and real-time data to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Propel continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system uptime and efficiency
- Support a 24/7 manufacturing environment, including scheduled overnight and weekend shifts, with on-call duties
