Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in automation controls engineering, including PLC/HMI programming and system integration.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, process flow diagrams, and control system documentation.
- Experience with robotic systems, servo motion control, and multi-axis systems.
- Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, and SCADA architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead program initiatives by defining project scope and creating execution plans using the company-standard project management system.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and risks while communicating efficiently with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
- Author, review, and approve detailed documentation such as P&IDs, electrical schematics, and process flow diagrams.
- Define build strategies and oversee the installation of panels and field components, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop engineering safety systems and implement complex multi-axis servo motion controls with robotic systems.
- Configure secure local networks and manage connectivity while delivering robust architectures that demonstrate cross-platform functionality.
