Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or College Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering Technology
- At least 1 year of engineering experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with customers or within sales/marketing teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Identify customer specifications and develop customized applications utilizing our product range
- Offer technical assistance throughout pre-sales, design, and application development phases
- Create technical documentation and user manuals
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing) and external clients
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues on-site as required
- Foster business expansion through new development initiatives and product advancements
Description
We are seeking an Application Engineer in our clients eMobility division to assist with advanced technical applications for wireless mobile machine control products, including the OMNEX Trusted Wireless line. This role encompasses the development of embedded machine control applications, sales support, and contributing to product enhancements and engineered-to-order solutions. This is a 12-month contract position with a pay rate of $50/hour.
