Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or another related technical field with 10 years of experience in penetration testing.
- At least one year of experience with Splunk, including the creation of knowledge objects and sophisticated queries/searches, as well as generating reports and charts based on the queries/searches.
- Familiarity with tools such as nmap, nessus, dsniff, libnet, netcat, and network sniffers and fuzzers.
- Proven experience in developing strategies to defend against identified vulnerabilities and exploits.
Responsibilities
- My role requires me to identify and illustrate weaknesses that could be exploited by adversaries in target systems.
- I lead the evaluation of information assurance for target systems, which includes developing threat models, performing security analyses and tests, showcasing vulnerabilities, and documenting findings.
Description
- I should possess preferred skills such as proficiency in MS Office, strong leadership abilities, effective listening, multi-tasking, negotiation, and excellent oral and written communication skills, alongside organizational and presentation skills, particularly using PowerPoint. - I am also expected to have project management capabilities and experience in documenting information assurance evaluations formally. - Security clearance is mandatory; I must hold a current/active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. - Additionally, the physical requirements include being stationary for over 50% of the time, effective communication with colleagues and senior personnel, frequent operation of computers and other office machinery, and occasionally moving around the office to access necessary tools and equipment.
