Responsibilities

As our Software Data Engineer, I will need you to provide expert guidance on Enterprise Asset Management. Your role will include identifying, recommending, and implementing industry-best practices, methodologies, and new technologies to enhance system performance for our clients. Your contribution will involve supporting the maintenance of IBM's Maximo to ensure stable operations for all users while supporting reporting capabilities that minimize manual data entry. You will be responsible for providing both technical and business support to the Maximo user community, enhancing the functionality, reliability, security, and performance of the Maximo application. I expect you to implement best practices and improve existing Maximo workflows for effective work management, logistics, and property management. You will also oversee the validation and testing of deliverables in accordance with our approved processes, provide installations and customizations for various software and hardware products, and write SQL scripts that support customer requirements and Maximo development. Managing data quality and health in the database while you handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Description

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Maximo Development with familiarity with Maximo version 7.6, and you should be capable of working on upgrades and development for version 7.6.1.2. Additionally, experience in GIS geodatabase editing, data creation and maintenance for applications, and managing ArcGIS Server tools for map and web service deployment will be beneficial. Lastly, I require you to have an active TS/SCI clearance. In terms of physical requirements, you should be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally move within the office to access various resources. This role entails the constant operation of computers and productivity machinery, and effective communication with co-workers, management, and clients is crucial for delivering presentations and exchanging precise information.
