Requirements
Must:
I am seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least 10 years of experience, or if you do not have a degree, 15 years of related experience. Additionally, I require candidates to currently hold an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
Responsibilities
In this role, I need you to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Your responsibilities will include managing IT system infrastructure and related processes, as well as providing support for day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices. You will also be tasked with problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, along with configuring and managing Windows operating systems and administering network switching and routing devices. Furthermore, you will manage network security through access controls and path management.
