Responsibilities
- As a Lead Software Engineer on my team, you will design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
- You will oversee the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of application software and systems.
- You will apply your expert knowledge of security concepts and network technologies.
- It is important for you to communicate project status with leadership and stakeholders.
- You will ensure that software engineering standards are consistently upheld.
Description
I am looking for a highly skilled and mission-oriented Lead Software Engineer to join our CNO team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating advanced CNO capabilities that directly support our national security efforts. You will thrive in a collaborative environment focused on tackling complex technical challenges tied to the most critical missions for our customers. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in developing CNO capabilities. - Background in software analysis or reverse engineering. - Familiarity with low-level internals across various platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, mobile, or network devices). - Experience with unit testing and test automation. - Understanding of assembly programming concepts. - Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible. Clearance Requirements: You must have an active current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph. Physical Requirements: Candidates should be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
