Requirements
Must:
- I have 10+ years of relevant experience serving as a Project Integrator or performing similar program/project management tasks while managing schedules and requirements effectively.
- I possess strong experience managing multiple high-priority projects and competing requirements simultaneously, ensuring that all parties are informed and communicating effectively, while also documenting appropriately.
- I have strong experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, etc.
- It is preferred that I have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Responsibilities
- I will work with the Program Manager (PM) and Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to develop, deliver, and maintain the program’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), which defines the schedule for all major tasks, progress, resource decision points, internal and external dependencies, milestones, competing priorities, parallel efforts, and deliverables.
- I will manage the program’s IMS, ensuring it is constantly up-to-date and accurate, including both top-level schedules and lower-level project schedules.
- I will be responsible for managing all program technical and operational requirements, ensuring requirements are documented appropriately, incorporated into the IMS, and tracked to completion.
- I will utilize the IMS and associated requirements to support the Sponsor’s operational and fiscal planning.
- I will work with the PM and DPM to implement controls to ensure that only Sponsor-approved changes are made to the IMS and/or program requirements.
- I will communicate status and information to the Sponsor and document this appropriately.
- I will recommend process improvements and cost-saving measures for potential approval and implementation.
Description
I am seeking a motivated, career-oriented Senior Project Integrator to join our team in Reston, VA. This is an onsite position. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to manage the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and all associated technical and operational requirements.
I must also meet the clearance requirement of having an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph. Additionally, I need to be able to be in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time, communicate and exchange information with peers and senior personnel, operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, and occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
