Requirements
Must:
- I hold a Bachelor’s degree or I have 4+ years of additional professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- I have at least 2 years of experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or IT support position.
- I possess a basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- I am familiar with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) or I am willing to learn.
- I have experience handling sensitive information, such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- I am comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- I exhibit strong communication and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities
- I assist in processing updates to personal identity information (PII) in DEERS and provide support for Common Access Cards (CAC), tokens, and PIN resets.
- I deliver front-line support to users through helpdesk channels, ensuring a favorable customer experience.
- I monitor and respond to service tickets in systems like JIRA and ServiceNow related to access and identity requests.
- I escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining ownership of initial support interactions.
- I support documentation and reporting requirements related to user access and credentials.
- I am available to work between 6:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET with varying shifts.
Description
I am ManTech, and I am looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Staff Information Security Analyst to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program in Chantilly, VA. This entry-level position provides vital Tier 1 customer support for identity services in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. I will be the first point of contact for users requiring assistance with access, credentials, and identity-related issues. Preferred Qualifications: - I have some exposure to cybersecurity practices or training in related fields. - I have experience working in Department of Defense (DoD) settings. - I previously worked with ticketing platforms such as JIRA or ServiceNow. - I possess basic knowledge of identity and access management concepts. Security Clearance: - I must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph to be considered for this role. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: - I must be capable of remaining seated at a workstation for extended durations. - Occasionally, I need to move within the office to access equipment or communicate with team members. - I engage with users through email, phone, or virtual platforms; I may also participate in presentations occasionally.
