Requirements
Must:
- I have 5+ years of software development experience.
- I hold a Bachelor’s degree or have 4 additional years of software development experience.
- I possess 2+ years of experience working on a large and complex software development project.
- I have experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows.
- I am proficient in at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript).
- I have a DOD approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
Responsibilities
- I develop ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities.
- I handle the development of applications, including configuration, report development, and data migration, where applicable.
- I identify and implement best-practice solutions to meet client requirements.
- I perform unit-testing and resolve code defects.
- I migrate code changes to the production environment.
- I assist with technical design and documentation.
- I collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements.
Description
- I prefer candidates who hold a Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification.
- I require candidates to have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance.
- This position necessitates the ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time. Occasionally, I will need to move about the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
