Senior Application Developer

- You will design, program/develop, and modify software systems, applications, and tools, both existing and potentially new in the future. - Analyzing user needs and software requirements will help determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. - Collaborating with teammates, other service providers, vendors, and users will be crucial in developing new program features. - You will develop unit and integration tests, participating in functional and regression tests to ensure programs produce the desired results and that instructions are correct. - Correcting errors by making appropriate changes and re-checking the program to ensure desired results are produced will be part of your role. - Participating in code reviews by reviewing feedback from teammates as well as providing feedback to others based on existing standards and recommended programming practices is expected. - You will deploy code to development, test, and production environments using existing DevOps infrastructure/tools. - Reviewing help desk messages periodically and collaborating with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues will be necessary. - Organizing and maintaining documentation of application development and subsequent revisions will ensure that others can understand the program.
