Python Engineer

In this position, I expect you to analyze user requirements to establish software design and performance specifications, create and modify software, and troubleshoot existing code to rectify defects. You will also be responsible for creating simple data queries for current or proposed databases and designing or implementing more complex database interfaces and queries. I need someone who can recommend enhancements for documentation and software development standards and develop or implement algorithms that meet or exceed system performance and functional benchmarks. As the team lead, you will guide one or more software development teams, ensuring compliance with the applicable software development process for each project. You will design or implement complex algorithms that adhere to strict timing, system resource, or interface constraints. Furthermore, I expect you to collaborate with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and gather information on project limitations, capabilities, performance criteria, and interfaces. You will also coordinate software system installations and monitor equipment functionality to ensure operational specifications are achieved.
