Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree.
- I am looking for candidates with 7+ years of related experience.
- I need someone with experience in Linux systems and VMWare.
- Applicants must have current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Responsibilities
- I want you to provide support to IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
- You will be responsible for providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of issues.
- I expect you to support the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- It will be your duty to assist with the dispatch system and hardware problems while remaining involved in the resolution process.
- You will need to configure and manage Linux and Windows operating systems, installing/loading operating system software, troubleshooting, maintaining integrity, and configuring network components, as well as implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
