Responsibilities

As a Lead CNO Developer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Designing and developing new hardware or software-based CNO capabilities. - Independently contributing to the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems. - Applying senior-level knowledge of security concepts and networks. - Providing guidance to other CNO developers on the team. - Ensuring that software standards are met.

We also value the ability to handle stress, work well under pressure, possess analytical and critical thinking skills, and experience in managing/leading teams. Please note that an active, current TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance is required. Physical requirements include the ability to remain stationary for extended periods and operate computer equipment and office machinery, along with regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.
