Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to possess one of the following qualifications: a high school diploma with over 8 years of technical work experience, a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of technical experience, a master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with no prior work experience necessary. Additionally, candidates should have proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages, experience in troubleshooting and debugging, familiarity with low-level system internals across various platforms (such as Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices), knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming, experience in developing CNO capabilities, and a background in managing and leading development teams.
Responsibilities
In this position, I will count on you to design and develop innovative hardware or software-based Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. Your role will involve overseeing the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems. I expect you to leverage your expertise in network and security concepts to aid in capability development. You will be responsible for communicating status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders, as well as ensuring that the software adheres to quality standards and compliance with development guidelines.
Description
We prefer candidates who have experience in software analysis or reverse engineering, an understanding of assembly language programming principles, and familiarity with unit testing frameworks and practices. Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible is also advantageous. Please note that an active/current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is essential for this role. Additionally, you must be capable of remaining in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time.
