Information Systems Security Manager

- I need you to perform oversight of the development, implementation, and evaluation of our information system security program policy, with a special emphasis on integrating existing SAP network infrastructures. - You will develop and oversee the operational information systems security implementation policy and guidelines for network security, based on RMF principles, particularly focusing on the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) authorization process. - Advising government program managers on security testing methodologies and processes will be part of your role. - I expect you to evaluate authorization documentation and provide written recommendations for authorization to government program managers. - You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a formal Information Systems Security Program. - I require you to ensure periodic testing is conducted to assess the security posture of information systems, utilizing various intrusion/attack detection and monitoring tools, in collaboration with Information System Security Officers (ISSOs). - You will need to coordinate all technical security issues outside of your area of expertise or responsibility with the Information System Security Engineer (ISSE). - Providing expert research and analysis to support expanding programs and responsibilities related to cybersecurity and information technology activities will be part of your duties.
