Requirements

Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Imagery Analysis. - Completion of Geospatial Intelligence Training Program, Imagery Tech School, or Imagery "A" or "C" school. - Experience with report writing. - Proficiency in Soft Copy exploitation. - Familiarity with software such as REMOTEVIEW, IEC, NES, as well as common office applications including PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and word processing. - Understanding of the intelligence collection process and relationships with other IC Agencies. - Knowledge of multi-spectral imagery exploitation and terrorism-related issues. - Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.

Responsibilities

- I will provide services that include researching various databases and automated message-handling systems to produce formalized imagery analysis products. Additionally, I will effectively collaborate with other intelligence community analysts throughout the collection, research, analysis, and product generation processes. - I will perform imagery analysis against targets using different platforms, focusing on locating, identifying, characterizing, and monitoring operational and tactical facilities. This work will also involve creating various GEOINT media and collateral imagery products to support geospatial research projects. - I will identify technology gaps in capabilities and processes, supporting the inclusion of new imagery-related technology in the operational environment. My analytical duties will adopt a multi-INT approach to support Counterproliferation, Counterterrorism, Current Operations, and Strategic Intelligence. - I will ensure quality control on analytical products, collaborate with the client's workforce on cutting-edge imagery analysis technologies, and offer expert advice on technical matters related to imagery information. - As a Subject Matter Expert in Imagery Analysis, I will produce intelligence on mission-specific issues through summary reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, ad-hoc reports, and daily briefings. - Utilizing various intelligence community databases, I will achieve intermediate to expert mastery in imagery analysis formats, particularly focusing on the NES and Intelink databases. - I will incorporate the full spectrum of GEOINT, including both manned and unmanned air platforms as well as civil and commercial sensors, to provide hardcopy and softcopy imagery exploitation. - I will provide imagery analysis services that result in the authorship of 6-9 standard coordinate intelligence reports annually and produce 20-25 non-coordinated products, primarily NES baseline reports. - I will publish NES remarks, baseline descriptions, and other imagery exploitation reporting in line with NSG Directive 2-1 Exploitation and Reporting Structure guidance. - I will read, extract, and plot coordinates using various map and chart scales, projections, and datums while creating metadata to support structured observations as per the ODNI’s OBP initiatives. - Additionally, I will provide imagery analysis services concerning orders of battle, battle damage assessment, and other key skill sets as specified by the government.
