Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming
- Troubleshooting/debugging experience
- Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming
- Experience managing/leading teams
- Must have an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical degree is preferred but not required
- CNO capability development experience
- Software analysis/reverse engineering experience
- Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices)
- Understanding of assembly programming concepts
- Unit Test experience
- Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
- Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new hardware or software-based CNO capabilities
- Manage the designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems
- Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and networks
- Communicate status with leadership and customers
- Ensure software standards are met
Description
We are seeking a motivated, career-oriented Expert Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. The projected compensation range for this position is between $170,700.00 and $283,800.00, depending on factors such as relevant experience and geographic location.
