While a Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) is preferred, I am eager to learn and grow within this role. Additionally, I must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. In this position, I will need to remain stationary 50% of the time, occasionally moving about the office to access file cabinets and office machinery or to communicate with coworkers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
