Must:
We are looking for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have at least 4 years of experience in software development, systems integration, data management, or related areas (or 2 years with a Master's degree). Proficiency in JavaScript is essential, along with familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. A solid understanding of HTML and CSS is required, including knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end workflows. Basic comprehension of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles is important, along with the ability to collaborate with designers to turn wireframes into functional code. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to debug and address issues related to front-end coding. Experience with Generative AI, including API access, is also necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to design and build User Interfaces adhering to modern UX/UI standards. You will develop, implement, and maintain full-stack software solutions for AI-enabled applications while working closely with the Software Architect to grasp project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your responsibilities will include developing and integrating AI and machine learning capabilities on a cloud-hosted data platform that supports substantial market adoption, high performance, and strict access control and governance. Staying up to date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and software engineering while incorporating best practices into the development process will be crucial. I will also require you to document software designs, code, and processes to ensure maintainability, scalability, and knowledge sharing among team members. Additionally, participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers will be key to ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Description
Preferred qualifications include experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technology, as well as working in AWS environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are needed, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Experience with data ingestion and transformation is a plus. Please note that a current and active TS/SCI clearance is required for this position. Lastly, the individual in this role should be able to remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time and occasionally move around the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with coworkers and clients, which may involve delivering presentations via email, phone, or virtual platforms.
