Requirements
Must:
- I require a high school diploma along with 12+ years of technical work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of technical experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages is necessary.
- A background in troubleshooting and debugging is essential.
- Familiarity with low-level system internals on various platforms (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices) is expected.
- Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming is important.
- I seek candidates with experience in developing Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
- Proven experience in managing and leading development teams is required.
Responsibilities
- I will ask you to design and develop new hardware- or software-oriented Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
- You will manage the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems.
- You will apply your expert knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability development.
- I will rely on you to communicate status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensuring software quality and adherence to development standards will be one of your key responsibilities.
Description
- While experience in software analysis or reverse engineering is a plus, understanding assembly language programming concepts is preferred. - Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and practices is advantageous. - Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible) would be beneficial. - Applicants must have an active/current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. - Lastly, you should be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time.
