Agile Project Manager

At MANTECH, we are excited to add a dedicated and customer-focused Scrum Master to our Navy Training Baseline (NTB) software development team. This role is based onsite in Norfolk, VA. As part of the Navy's Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) program, you will play a crucial role in enhancing warfighter readiness. We provide essential engineering and technical expertise for the U.S. Navy's premier Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training capability. Our task involves seamlessly merging live training with synthetic systems, creating complex and realistic global training environments. Additionally, we drive the development of advanced representations for joint, theater, and national systems while modeling new weapon technologies and emerging threats to ensure that our forces are well-prepared for various challenges. Clearance Requirements: - U.S. Citizenship is required, along with an active Secret security clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Physical Requirements: - I must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time. - I will constantly operate a computer and standard office equipment. - I may occasionally move about the office to access files or attend meetings.
