Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Significant experience with SharePoint On-Premises (2010/2013/2016/2019)
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Proven track record in leading SharePoint migration projects from On-Prem to Online
- Background in a senior advisory, architect, or leadership position
- Demonstrated expertise in steering business transformation initiatives
- Ability to define strategy, governance, and architecture
- Experience with business analysis and gap analysis
- Skilled in engaging stakeholders in sessions
- Strong grasp of information architecture and records management
- Familiarity with the M365 ecosystem including Teams and Power Platform
Responsibilities
- Direct and offer guidance on SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online migration strategies
- Evaluate current environments and establish target-state architecture and roadmap
- Provide strategic advice to both business and technical stakeholders
- Spearhead business transformation initiatives in line with M365 adoption
- Execute requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design
- Define and enforce information architecture, governance, and best practices
- Supervise or direct migration implementation regarding tools, approaches, and sequencing
- Assist in change management and user adoption strategies
- Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business leaders
- Offer mentorship and leadership to both functional and technical teams
Description
We are looking for a senior SharePoint Business Analyst to aid in a large-scale enterprise modernization effort. This role is a blend of leadership and advisory responsibilities, perfect for an individual who can work both strategically and practically.
