Must:
We are seeking an experienced Laravel developer who is ready to step into a leadership role. You should possess strong skills in operational and process management, along with the ability to engage in client-facing communications. A solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and previous team management experience are also essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of daily operational workflows, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for managing and mentoring the development team while leading Laravel development projects. Additionally, you will define and uphold ClickUp processes and represent the team in client communications, as well as support our AWS infrastructure.
