Requirements
Must:
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support position (SaaS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, friendly demeanor with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- *Bonus:* Basic understanding of programming or technical troubleshooting (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, SQL, APIs)
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through email, chat, and phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and escalate to engineering when appropriate
- Support the onboarding process for new users and help them navigate the MagicDoor platform
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of customer support documentation and FAQs
- Identify recurring problems and relay insights to the product team for continuous improvement
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely responses to inquiries
