Requirements
Must:
- University degree in Computer Science or a college diploma in Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Functional English skills are required; we will test your abilities!
- Must be proactive, curious, resourceful and a team player
- Knowledge of managing Macs and iOS devices in a corporate setting (MDM/ADE)
- Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu) and CLI
- Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, etc.)
- Ability to understand and create scripts in Bash, Python, and others
- Knowledge of security and cybersecurity principles
- Experience with AWS (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, Route53, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience with Version Control tools (Git or Subversion)
- Previous experience with large-scale SaaS applications is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and enhance workstations, laptops (Mac), phones, and tablets (iPhone, iPad) for both new and existing employees
- Participate in infrastructure projects and components (network, telecommunications, servers, laser engravers, etc.)
- Ensure the security of networks and client data
- Develop, compile, write, distribute, and maintain technical documentation, references, and procedures
- Be part of an on-call rotation 24/7 with the team for infrastructure outages
