Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in supporting technical systems and providing user support
- Strong understanding of network, surveillance, and access control systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to engage effectively with users of varying technical expertise
- Experience managing vendor relationships to achieve company goals
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions and SaaS products
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful IT initiatives
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changing business environments
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to all Maddox employees and partners while ensuring a high level of customer service
- Administration of network and surveillance systems, along with managing building access control
- Handle user support requests promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong customer service skills
- Investigate and resolve software and hardware issues, liaising with external vendors when necessary
- Maintain and configure devices used across the organization, ensuring they are operational
- Proactively assess and implement necessary changes to improve user experience and system efficiency
- Set up new users and modify access permissions in accordance with role changes
- Ensure that company networks remain operational and secure
- Monitor and manage surveillance and access control systems to maintain security standards
