Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related position.
- Extensive knowledge of requirements gathering techniques and documentation practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization software.
Responsibilities
- Gather, assess, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and user narratives.
- Develop clear and succinct documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process diagrams, use cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
- Foster effective communication among business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Analyze and model business processes to uncover potential improvements and innovations.
- Support projects through all phases, from initial conception to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Perform data analysis to reinforce business cases and evaluate project performance.
- Provide ongoing assistance to stakeholders and aid in user training and change management initiatives.
