IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist II, I will need you to: - Perform various computer system administration, installation, and support tasks, including imaging, documentation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of PCs, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, mobile devices, and VOIP phones across our organization. - Assist with low-to-mid level network and application administration functions. - Conduct on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC issues for diverse users, recommending and implementing hardware solutions as necessary. - Communicate effectively with users, providing training and support on computer operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction. - Address incidents and service requests within established Service Level Agreements, documenting progress and resolutions in our tracking system. - Identify and escalate critical incidents to appropriate teams, owning significant incidents until they are resolved. - Understand and support the computing and data requirements of our company, driving productivity and ensuring data security by exploring new technological initiatives prior to their rollout. - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to efficiently resolve technology issues. - Adhere to safety standards, especially during site visits. - Comply with our Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, maintaining regular attendance.
