Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline (Preferred).
- Over 5 years of experience in business intelligence development, demonstrating a solid history of completing intricate BI projects.
- Proficient in BI tools like Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server, with advanced expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and ETL processes.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in overseeing projects and guiding junior developers.
- Skilled in SQL with experience in advanced data analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of BI best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop organization-wide BI solutions utilizing tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server.
- Lead the full BI lifecycle, from requirements gathering to data model design, dashboard creation, and solution deployment.
- Enhance and optimize BI solutions for improved performance, scalability, and usability while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform extensive data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including application developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to seamlessly integrate BI solutions with other systems.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior BI developers, offering guidance on best practices, tool utilization, and career development.
- Oversee ETL processes to guarantee efficient data integration across various data sources.
- Continuously refine BI methodologies, tools, and standards within the organization.
