Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 1 year of experience in software application development or relevant educational background
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within an Agile environment
- Familiarity with test-driven development is preferred
- Experience in Agile planning and work estimation
- Proficiency in .NET development
- Knowledge of relational SQL-based databases
- Front-end development experience with frameworks such as React, Knockout, or Angular
- Additional experience with tools such as Git, Azure, Microsoft Dynamics, Informatica, SSIS, or SSRS is preferred
- Understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and solution implementation capabilities
- Competence in standard development and SDLC processes
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality delivery
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software solutions to meet business needs
- Conduct code reviews for peers in the Scrum team
- Engage in the scoping and estimating processes to aid roadmap and planning
- Participate in backlog refinement, grooming activities, and Scrum ceremonies
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to design effective solutions
- Contribute to all development initiatives within the Scrum team
- Work alongside Product Owners and Scrum Masters to comprehend the backlog
- Utilize Scrum best practices and processes for timely and quality delivery
- Exhibit initiative to proactively drive tasks or projects to completion
