Professional Scrum Master

- Act as Scrum Master for multiple member experience Scrum teams using Agile methodologies - Organize and lead daily Scrum meetings, bi-weekly Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinements, and planning poker sessions - Coordinate development releases among Scrum teams and other technical/business units - Encourage and facilitate enhancements and automation of new and existing business processes - Address production support incidents and collaborate with Technical Product Owners for prioritization - Maintain team metrics for analytical purposes to inform future projects - Contribute to quarterly release planning based on team capacity and skillset - Promote transparency and communication across teams and departments to eliminate barriers and foster collaboration - Support Scrum teams to fulfill their tasks while ensuring accountability for sprint goals - Manage multiple projects under time constraints with strong communication skills at all organizational levels - Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and urgency in completing projects and assignments - Participate in additional responsibilities that support our collective mission of enhancing healthcare delivery and making a difference for our customers
