Requirements
Must:
- 4–7+ years of experience in product analytics, product management, or similar B2B SaaS analytics roles
- Prior experience in agriculture, animal protein, livestock operations, or the food supply chain is preferred, with a strong preference for poultry/swine experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating pitch decks, technical summaries, and executive briefings
- Proven experience collaborating with enterprise product teams
- Proficient with analytics tools (product analytics, CRM, marketing automation) to gauge success
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, packaging, and commercial activities related to SaaS modules is advantageous
- Knowledge of farm operational roles and related systems (ERP, sensors, MES) is a plus
- Previous experience with channel or partner marketing (distributors, integrators) is beneficial
- Strong customer empathy and understanding of operational constraints is essential
- Ability to influence across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Focus on measurable outcomes with a capacity to set metrics, conduct experiments, and iterate swiftly
- Skilled storyteller, translating data and technical features into compelling narratives for business stakeholders
- Effective project manager experienced in executing multi-track launches with attention to deadlines and interdependencies

Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a Pendo tracking plan including taxonomy, naming conventions, page/feature tagging, event specifications, and versioning
- Configure funnels, paths, cohorts, and segments to address key questions regarding user adoption
- Establish data quality measures with monitoring and alerts for broken tags, maintaining documentation and change logs
- Ensure performance through privacy-conscious event capture and compliance with retention laws
- Collaborate with Product Managers to set pre-launch success criteria and document this in a launch brief
- Generate 30/60/90-day post-launch reports covering adoption, activation, use depth, retention, and insights
- Connect product metrics to critical business outcomes, such as account coverage and churn risk
- Develop source-of-truth dashboards for monitoring initiative health and facilitating executive reporting
- Create self-service reporting tools for PMs and leadership to enhance data accessibility
- Provide clear recommendations based on insights, including decisions to accelerate, iterate, pause, or phase out initiatives
- Support A/B testing, staged rollouts, and data analysis to assess impact and statistical significance
- Work collaboratively with Marketing to convey usage insights for effective positioning and campaign strategy
- Partner with Customer Success to deliver adoption insights, risk assessments, and educational opportunities
- Collaborate with Data/BI to integrate product usage data with financial metrics, enhancing semantic clarity
