Requirements
Must:
- 15 years of experience in software solution engineering, with at least 5 years in an Architecture or Lead Principal role
- Proven history of managing AI solutions from concept to deployment in enterprise settings
- Expertise in RAG architectures and LLM application design, including prompting and orchestration tools
- Practical experience with Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI Service, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering
- Familiarity with Azure AI Search, vector search, hybrid retrieval, custom scoring, and reranking
- Strong skills in performance engineering, including load testing, profiling, and token optimization
- RFP and presales experience, including solutioning, proposal writing, estimations, and conducting customer workshops
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as .NET, ASP.NET Core, Azure PaaS, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, M365, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and API Management
- Solid understanding of security compliance, identity management, Entra ID, VNET, Key Vault encryption, data governance, and Responsible AI practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions, guiding them from ideation through to execution
- Drive performance fine-tuning of AI systems within various projects
- Actively participate in RFP processes and presales activities to secure new opportunities
- Architect solutions utilizing Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI Service and Azure ML
- Spearhead the creation of RAG architectures and leverage LLM capabilities
- Conduct load testing and performance profiling to ensure optimal system operation
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
- Perform solution evaluations and assist in authoring proposals for potential projects
- Implement strong security measures in accordance with industry standards
- Document architectures and processes clearly to facilitate team collaboration
