Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Svelte, Docker, and GitHub Actions
- Over 4 years of relevant software development experience or a substantial portfolio
- Strong backend skills in building APIs and managing relational databases
- Robust front-end experience creating modern web user interfaces
- Familiarity with Git workflows, including branches, pull requests, and code reviews
- Ability to work autonomously while communicating effectively and managing tasks
- Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with modern API frameworks, preferably FastAPI
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain full stack applications that facilitate pharmacy operations and partner workflows
- Create backend APIs, services, and database structures
- Develop user interfaces with an emphasis on clarity, speed, and dependability
- Work with administrators to establish requirements, project scope, and acceptance standards
- Write clean, tested code and engage in code review processes
- Enhance application performance, reliability, and observability, including logging and error tracking
- Manage releases across both staging and production environments
- Adhere to security and compliance standards, particularly HIPAA regulations
- Document systems, processes, and technical decisions thoroughly
- Provide training and knowledge sharing with colleagues whenever possible
- Be open and willing to learn tasks from various departments as business demands evolve
- Mentor and support other developers as the team expands
