Full Stack Engineer - JavaScript, Node.js

- Engage in full stack development activities - Construct and oversee data pipelines extracting from POS, labor, membership, and operational systems into our Snowflake data warehouse; compose clear, well-documented SQL transformations in dbt to support reporting and analytics workflows - Develop and manage API integrations and backend services in AWS Lambda; design RESTful APIs for internal tools and dashboards - Work with agentic AI frameworks and LLM-powered tools to automate repetitive data workflows and operational tasks; show familiarity with prompt engineering and agent orchestration (e.g., LangChain) - Integrate with third-party systems (POS providers, payment processors, LPR, CRM tools) - Design and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems - Help automate regular ETL processes and scheduled reporting tasks using tools such as Airflow or GitHub Actions - Support real-time dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) - Construct services and pipelines to enable data flow across systems - Identify and address system bottlenecks and implement enhancements - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR - Translate business needs into technical solutions - Facilitate rapid iteration and deployment in an environment focused on growth
