Requirements
Must:
- 1–3+ years of experience in full stack development (Snowflake, dbt, agentic AI)
- Proficiency with backend technologies (Python, Java, or similar)
- Experience in creating RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred – Lambda, S3)
- Strong knowledge of databases – SQL
- Experience in developing scalable, distributed systems
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience in integrating with third-party APIs
- Bonus points for experience with POS systems, payment processing, or subscription platforms
- Background in multi-location environments (car wash, retail, franchise, hospitality)
- Experience building internal tools or operational dashboards
- Exposure to AI, automation, or predictive analytics tools
- Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
Responsibilities
- Engage in full stack development activities
- Construct and oversee data pipelines extracting from POS, labor, membership, and operational systems into our Snowflake data warehouse; compose clear, well-documented SQL transformations in dbt to support reporting and analytics workflows
- Develop and manage API integrations and backend services in AWS Lambda; design RESTful APIs for internal tools and dashboards
- Work with agentic AI frameworks and LLM-powered tools to automate repetitive data workflows and operational tasks; show familiarity with prompt engineering and agent orchestration (e.g., LangChain)
- Integrate with third-party systems (POS providers, payment processors, LPR, CRM tools)
- Design and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems
- Help automate regular ETL processes and scheduled reporting tasks using tools such as Airflow or GitHub Actions
- Support real-time dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Construct services and pipelines to enable data flow across systems
- Identify and address system bottlenecks and implement enhancements
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Operations, Finance, Marketing, and HR
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Facilitate rapid iteration and deployment in an environment focused on growth
