Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in web development using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in managing PPC advertising campaigns
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Excellent attention to detail along with strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work on-site from Monday to Friday

- Background in luxury, retail, or e-commerce website development
- Basic design capabilities including UI/UX and layout optimization
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and fundamental scripting
- Understanding of AI tools or marketing automation
Responsibilities
- Create, redesign, and maintain the company website
- Enhance website performance, structure, and user experience
- Execute on-page and technical SEO best practices
- Perform keyword research and optimize site content for search visibility
- Establish and oversee PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor performance via analytics tools and prepare reports
- Improve landing pages to boost conversion rates and lead generation
- Diagnose website issues and apply necessary updates
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop digital strategies

This part-time or full-time position is focused on enhancing our digital presence, improving website functionality, and generating meaningful leads. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with management and the marketing department in a supportive and dynamic environment.
